Nothing you can say short of Shaq fukking that mans wife or something condones snitching on him. That was pretty much the last straw as far as the dynasty was concerned and in retrospect im amazed that they even got to the Finals that season with all the disarray around them. Over the years im pretty sure Magic Jerry and maybe Kareem talked to them about their problems. And if those 3 cant get through to you than you no their is major animosity between two people. And though they got the three rings, i still would have liked to know how many they really would have ended up with had they been on the same page the entire time, meaning eventually Shaq would have had to hand over big dog status to Kobe no matter how much it would have killed him.
