You're right, we are forced fed that fantasy, some continue believing in it well into adulthood. But then some of us grow up and see the world for what it is. So the guys who lie and try to play into it just come off as dumbasses. I guess the point is not every woman requires you to be Prince Charming in the idealistic sense. Just be real with your intentions.
