I say TitanFall should have been a launch title. Therefore the console should have come out March 11. It would have given them some time to refine some game graphics maybe up the console specs or something. But I honestly feel like the xbox one owners are beta testing the console. Its super buggy and broken.

Bill Gates isn't the CEO of Microsoft anymore and I don't think he was ever that involved with Xbox anyway and he's made billions on billions to Microsoft xbox was just an experiment and they did change gaming by making online a normal part of gaming and being really good at video game interfaces

I do hate that they changed the focus of gaming to First Person online shooters though since I remember when systems like Dreamcast had such a well rounded line up and I do miss the creativity and now launches just give us way too many damn first person shooters I swear I hate that fukking genre it so unimaginative i'd rather play shooters like starfox or max payne

Nah.
MS had a solid launch lineup. They just shot themselves in the foot with the price, "TV,TV,TV!", #dealwithit, and all that other bullshyt surrounding the Xbox division right now. Titanfall and the Xbone were going to miss their initial sales targets regardless.

TYRONE GA!
I honestly don't think they planned to launch when they did. I thought it was pretty apparent considering the mixed messages from MS execs. No one seemed to be on the same page. I really don't think they saw Sony launching this year.

With how fast technology moves these days any date would be "early"

Had they waited 6-12 months then they would have been behind. The nature of software these days is that it can/will improve over time.
