I like Foley. Saying he wasn't over until the Cell match with Taker is wrong. He was one of their top heels feuding with Taker like 2 years before that. After the Cell he was back in a midcard role teaming with Kane. When he started showing some humor is when he started heading for the main event.

When he turned face he had those videos of himself jumping off a roof. Which caused a whole generation of stuntmen. Fact.

Fans at shows look like him, that's why he get those pops. Go to any wrestling shows and tell me it's not populated by overweight guys with scuffy beards and long hair. That's another fact.

That shyt isn't on him as far as jumping off roofs, that's on the retards that did it because he did. Kinda like that saying about jumping off a bridge or whatever.

I also don't think his looks have much to do with his reactions. I think most long-term fans that respect Foley do it for his career as a whole or for their own different reasons.
