The fact that you took that from what I posted says a lot more about you than it does me, friend.

So your argument revolves around "what is an ethnic Russian" as those are the people who were reportedly transferred to the region when "xyz ethnic group" was displaced? Since they would have been loyal to the central government and they weren't the original group displaced does it matter?

You're more than welcome to frame your question for me if I'm still missing your point.
