after dez catches the ball he takes 1,2 & 3 steps then his right elbow then left elbow with the ball hits the ground with him having full control
yes it pops out & he recatches it

ball never touch the ground

Right when it fell into his shoulder and arm he had control.He was trying to reach for the TD after he caught it otherwise he could have just fell to the ground with it.

He had to make a football move BEFORE going to the ground. Not while.
