While ridiculous this ep hit on some deep shyt. For a lot of males we were taught to keep our feelings especially so called negative ones like sadness, loneliness, fear etc. to ourselves and what results is keeping all of our feelings to ourselves. To the point we can't access them when we need them. I guess he's saying Sully regained access to them thru music.
