The running game is a joke. A rookie receiver that might have protential and some retreads 3rd string receivers.

Did you watch the game or do you just skim through it? Stewart was balling week 2, D-Will balled week 1. Killa gon Killa still a threat any time he takes off running. Tolbert gotta step it up though.

As far as pass catchers Olsen lookin like all pro , Benji a rookie sensation, Avant coming out party was today he looked explosive and grabs everything thrown his way. And sure handed Cotchery made some nice grabs as well as Bersin.
No stars but theyre sure handed and can catch Killa's bombs. Once the chemistry gels we gonna be a dangerous passing offense especially if Shula keeps the play book open like on sunday.
Only thing we lackin out wide is a guy to take the top off of the defense speedy guy. Who knows that could be Stephen Hill or Philly Brown.

Those are serviceable players not weapons.

The word "weapons" is used for players like a Dez Bryant, Jamaal Charles, AJ Green, Desean Jackson, or Marshawn Lynch.
Last year Ted Ginn was a weapon on special team.

Avant is not a weapon. DeAnglo Williams and Stewart stay hurt or too inconsistent to be weapons. Avant was the 4th best WR on the Eagles behind Jackson, Maclin, and KKKooper.

Olsen is the only Pro Bowl type player on the offense.

Right now Carolina are looking like the 98' Ravens or 01' Bucs. Where the defense is elite and the offense job is to not turnover the ball. Cam is really ask to be a bus driver right now. Which isn't a bad thing.

I wouldn't mind a game breaker type WR but some of y'all act like those are so easily available. More times than not you gotta get that type of WR near the top of the draft. Instead we used those picks on Star and Luke, who are both defensive studs.

Cam's best weapon is a Top 3 defense we built through the draft tbh.

we shut down the run, made them one dimensional. Then dropped 5 back and forced Stafford into the old bad habit of forcing the rock to Megatron.

That's why I was surprised to see that result...Carolina's secondary is (or at least was) pretty bad

Well when you're blessed with an arm like him, you can do that. And its unfortunate because they've already put him into a "box" with this defense being so good. Cam the "game manager" coming soon.
