Apparently there isnt a decision coming anytime soon, so for the meantime we should be good

It's unclear how the league's new domestic-violence policy will apply to Panthers DE Greg Hardy, who was found guilty of assault on a female and communicating threats in July.



Hardy appealed the decision, and is set for a jury trial in November. Under the league's new rules, first-time offenders will earn six-game bans. Asked if the guidelines will be applied retroactively, a league spokesman said "each case will be addressed individually on its merits." It does not appear a Hardy suspension is imminent.
