Considering that Redman is one of the progenitors of Eminem's (and to some extent D-12's) styles, then the crown goes to Redman, furthermore Red's catalogue both as a soloist and as part of Def Squad, is top 10 of all time. Red is unquesionably the best rapper to come out of his state, people argue that Em might not even be top 5.

BUTTT no way in fukkin hell is it fukkin with Whut Thee, DIAD, and Muddy Waters... no way in hell

all 3 of those Red albums IMO are classics...and only MMLP to me is Eminems only classic FULL album
