I was gonna make this thread once I came from work, but I'll make it now before I go.
From a person that's never lived in the ghetto I've visited there and know what it's like. Anyway, the rich & government (crooked not all) put Blacks in the ghetto (Italian word), so they could exploit them and hope they would do illegal activities to get them incarcerated. That's my view on why the ghetto was implemented the way it was. Then, you have those same officials using the Black on Black crime argument. Even though when you have poor impoverished people in a community with no structure violence will happen because of poverty NOT because of color. Another thing is individualism of character. Some of your so-called Black brothas (leaders) have been involved with the detriment of our poor Black brethren.
I'm going back to school for this and community organizing that's why I speak on these issues. Poor Blacks matter just like everyone else. It's easy to have poor POC depending on the government. Because it keeps some of these so-called officials in power and collecting money under the table.
Basically, it's OLIGARCHY.
Oligarchy is when you have a small representation of people running a big organization or entity.
