We will vote 1 fighter at a time for each spot on the list starting with #1 and working our way down to #10. I will simply post names and we will vote on who we feel should hold that spot. Voting will be open for 3 days, after that voting will be closed. If there is a fighter on the poll who you feel should be in that spot, there will be an 'other' option and leave a comment in the thread as to who should fill that spot. The VOTING THREADS are not for debate, I will make a seperate thread and ask @patscorpio to sticky it which will hold the list as it is voted on and where we will keep a tally of how many votes for each spot each fighter got, where we can debate. Leave the voting threads strictly for voting. Your votes WILL BE PUBLIC.
Here are the criteria for P4P: Skills, Resume, Accomplishments. Note that P4P in the ring should be a what have you done for me lately list. If we are going to take whole careers into account Manny Pacquiao would hands down be the #1 P4P fighter due to 8 weight divisions and a resume full of Hall of Famers, he is 42 we know he is not that Manny anymore. We are only taking into account what every fighter has done for the past 6 fights/4 years, that should be a good cutoff number for P4P #1.
Another note, NO HEAVYWEIGHTS UNLESS THEY MOVED UP TO HEAVYWEIGHT. I am going to do a separate list for heavyweights, they always have had their own ranking system and it should continue here.
Last but not least, RESPECT THE VOTE. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but RESPECT THE VOTE.
