The fukk is up with white people going into the woods and water? As soon as that friend mentioned hiking I would've been out and said fukk that. Yall not carrying my ass through no woods. The goofball with the glasses fukked everything up though tripping in that big ass hole fukkin his knee up. Like my nikka how you don't see that shyt and you have glasses on. I was more or less yelling at my TV watching this shyt. As soon as I saw that little cabin I knew it was going down. The monster looked pretty goofy though. Was it a giraffe/elephant with a Jedi robe covering its face and hands? Oh yea and what the hell did they do to the friend upstairs . Was he raped by the damn thing? He came back down looking he got violated. Ehh this was cool I guess but the coward friend living was unexpected.

I loved the setting, liked the set up some of the effects, the acting was fine, but as the movie gets going, the cliches pile up, and I grew less and less interested. Needed a more imaginative, less predictable script and story.

Sadly I don’t have them as I don’t frequent reddit, a poster from here linked them in the locker room a few years ago. I just remember reading multiple stories over the span of days. I was so intrigued I even watched some of the let’s not meet again videos on YouTube.

I do recall some of those stories from that thread now that u mention it.

My brother in law told me a story, how he was hiking in the mountains here in Colorado, back in the early 80s, but anyway he and his two brothers were hiking and exploring when they came upon a grotesquely dead body. He said he couldn't get the image out of his head for months and sometimes he says he dreams about the poor girl all decomposed and twisted.

The crazy part is Ted Bundy was on the loose at the time and supposedly disposed of some bodies in that same area, so he believes they found one of his victims. Never found out tho.

Nah, it's a story my brother law has told several times. He's not the type to make shyt up and his two brothers confirmed the story. He just had a theory about the dead girl being one of Bundys victims.
