Responding to a Twitter question from FITE TV, The Rock has commented on who makes his Mount Rushmore of professional wrestling.

This has long been a hot topic of discussion for wrestling fans and journalists alike, with the Great One's comments coming hot on the heels of The Undertaker recently revealing his own personal Mount Rushmore.

For The Rock, he stated how Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and Ric Flair would definitely make the cut for him, with the fourth spot being a four-way tie between 'Taker, Savio Vega, Pat Patterson and Jackie Fargo - and Rocky and Dusty Rhodes on the back of the mountain, dropping elbows.

I thought he'd have Andre in there for sure :jbhmm:

Also I hate when people use a "tie" to rattle off more names. Defeats the whole purpose of trying to bring it down to 5.
That stuff always bothers me. Someone asks for Top 5 anything and people give like 10 answers. We only asked for 5 man :pachaha:

On the flip side, who’s on the Stone Mountain of professional wrestling? Recognized as great but by the entirely wrong people and for the entirely wrong reasons

HBK (Montreal)
Hogan (Politics)
Triple H (Son In Law Push)

Fargo? Interesting. I need to see that Memphis Heat doc

You should, it's a great doc. It makes sense considering Rocky was living in Memphis (or watching/being around Memphis' wrestling) as a little kid when Jackie was still top dog and basically passing the torch to Lawler before fading away in 79'.

I'm curious though if Rock remembers watching Fargo or it's one of those things were he remembers him a little bit but his main source is other wrestlers telling him about Fargo and his importance.
