Just got back. theater was packed. I saw this did $53M and opened up to $60M international so it's well on its way to making money.

The Rock was as good here as I expected. There's no doubt in my mind that he is at least a partial draw for this flick. Oh and to breh for saving that sister. Yeah, he abandoned his job but fukk it, like you learn about in the Fast & Furious franchise.. it's all about family.

Whoever said this is just another disaster flick. Not so fast. The special effects are really good on the big screen. This thing is massive. I wouldn't recommend watching this movie on some shytty laptop.

shyt, Alexandra might be the baddest in Hollywood. Those titty meats are ridiculous

I haven't read a single post in this thread but I cam here to say I just saw this movie.
Pretty standard disaster movie fair.

I was distracted the entire movie by the daughter's titties. Seriously, I was every time she came on screen. When she started swimming though . Carla was looking right as always (also, Kylie Minogue looked good in her cameo) but I had never seen the daughter before and she is bad as fukk.

I don't know anything about helicopters, but I know my geography. L.A. and San Fran are a long distance apart, so was it really possible for him to fly a chopper from one city to the next non-stop?
