Please don't say nonsense like this. Your body under natural conditions will always be in balance with itself. Unless you have a genetic defect, building a strong muscular body isn't problematic. What's damaging to the heart is abusing anabolic steroids for decades. That's what guys like the Rock have been doing. It's no more complicated than that.

It's an Illusion. He's dropped hella body fat, is dehydrated and wearing a dress shirt, if he were wearing a fitted t shirt or fitted long sleeve then it wouldn't look so egregious.

If he were higher body fat and bulky like his old wrestling weight then he'd still look hella swole but he's just mad lean now and when you lean and tall you not finna look THAT big or fill out dress shirts unless you one of dem pro bodybuilder motherfukkers. May have dropped pounds for a role or just health.
Also dude is just getting old so his face and neck got that elderly wrinkle look. :yeshrug:

:what: I'm already living it. I'm 36y 6'4 250 and just under 20% body fat. Zero enhancements. All of my levels are fantastic. Excellent flexbility/mobility. Can run/jog several miles.

It's just a little irritating to always have uninformed/misinformed people with negative/passive aggressive jabs about being fit (athletically built); as if it's some sort of senseless self-flagellation.

I’ve been going to the gym for close to two decades. I don’t even use supplements for protein. Ask yourself this… are you gonna consume those same protein shakes when you’re over 50?

Be smart and just eat correctly. You can be natty and achieve an excellent physique. Of course, it’s different for Hollywood Stars but Damn…
