Well one man is the biggest draws in the industry.....and they're own stars can't even fill up 25k buildings.
The rock is viagra though man.
No biased, but i remember WM 27 he wasnt even wrestling, and people all over who hadnt watch wrestling in a while were hyped and talking about ordering the ppv (some of them thought he was wrestling on that card). Not just a few people here or there, but a huge amount of casual fans who had left all of a sudden cared again.
To John Doe or Jane Doe The Rock is cool, and not saying they cant sell out WM without him, but he makes their product cool outside of our bubble, which is super hard to do in 2015.

Well for one thing i feel like it ruins his appeal a little. I mean its sort of the same way heyman talks about Brock being a special attraction. Or Taker.
Some of it might be his schedule too with all the shyt he has going on, maybe Vince has something to do with it. Maybe its ego (tbh i doubt that but who knows).
The company shouldnt need him at all though. And relying on him the other 9 months out of the year takes time away from the superstars on the active roster. I think Punk mentioned something like that during the pipebomb and it made sense.
He'd be no better than Triple H or John Cena if he did that.

Im not saying full time, im saying the 2-3 months he comes back for WM season is much more needed during other times of the year like now(Before Taker/Lesnar was announced)
He won't put anyone not named John Cena over. He'd put over his cousin Nia Jax instead of a Rollins or Owens.Novel idea: How about improve ratings by putting on a better product?
OR do whats best for business and have him face a young guy and NOT squash him, instead put him over.

It was forgettable as taker had no chemistry with rock or scsa.
The rock was into it with taker.
as his ramp up to me status in 98, around survivor series.
This is when he was mega starting to get over and started to outp pop guys like taker routinely.

By having Seth not beat cena.
Imo, they made Seth look like the weakest world champion in any promotion especially roh.
As, lethal still has his two belts.
The decision to put the strap on Seth would have been better.
If he was not made to use the pedigree and got over his own better innovative moves.
Plus, this run is wacker than his roh run with the title, too.
Including the fact,the shield should have actually swerved the authority and Paul heyman at mania.
Yet, this company as the authority characters.

Rock doesn't have 2-3 months to do a full run.
The dude is a Hollywood Actor with a busy as fukk schedule. This should be common knowledge by now.
Its hard enough for him to clear his space up for Mania season. And then he has to deal with directors and fukks like Michael Bay complaining about Rock getting hurt while wrestling. Stating that its bad because it takes away from his time on the screen.
I don't envy ROck at all. The dude has to deal with fans crying that he isnt full time or there more and then has to deal with Hollywood Execs and directors on his back for using his free time in the ring.

They didn't do just fine..they were underperforming....it took Mayweather and Trump to get them over the hump. A successful one without him was the WM 21 years before that.
