The one thing that scares me about having a kid is that first year that they're basically the most fragile thing on earth. I'd be scared to hold my own baby

OP ain’t lying tho. With my daughter I officially tapped out when she was like in 4th grade. They got these new methods that was completely different then how I learned. And they had to show the work. I was of no help

For me it's dying and knowing that I'm taking something with me that only I can give them... amongst all the other things given to me by my parents I can recall specific guiding convos
that I needed to hear from them.
One in particular (mother) prevented me from being murdered. The other (pops) instilled in me how to keep going when the deck is stacked against me. I fear missing that pivotal moment in my children's lives.

Im good up to early college but would def have to get a tutor for my kid for the new methods, I can’t make heads or tails of it but can still arrive at the correct answer.
