Fake news - BUT if you think Russia isn't going to press its artillery production and manpower advantage before the fall, you'd be daft.

Russia has this year to crush Ukrainian resistance to its invasion, before NATO artillery production matches theirs. Also, there's a risk that Biden may be re-elected.

Russia has to win the war by next winter.
