This is really why it happened. They all said, fukk it, just pass this so we can go home, and continuing obstructing next year.

I believe that shyt was a coordinated effort by all parties as their stances changed at the exact same time the moment the bipartisan deal came out. Nancy came down from the $600 and Mitch tabled the liability protection when refusing to budge on it for months even if it would have gotten the deal done earlier.

She forgot the first conversation she had with Chuck about her stepping down from the judiciary committee. You could even tell something was obviously wrong with her during the confirmation hearing.

It’s only going to be so long they can hide her before the truth comes out. Her seat would more than likely go Democrat anyways, so why not get her to step down.
