not sure if it means much. I think we will receive a check as far as individuals are concerned. But I more so think businesses will get a bail out and more money will be given out to small business owners. And that big ass green energy fund will help create jobs...And I'm sure it's some other things.

It may be a good time to start a business if you haven't already. I noticed business owners always benefit from these things. Just imagine you getting $10K on top of the individual check.
