People are pushing for 50k student loan forgiveness.. and they might get it. Biden can make that happen with a stroke of the pen. No senate needed. If he doesn't he's gonna come under fire for not showing love to the left.

No. You dont have to be unemployed. You just gotta meet the financial stipulations. (you cant make more than 75k per year i believe..

As for back pay.. the unemployment was supposed to be retroactive, back to August. (the cares act expired on July 31st I think) Thats where the talks were... but the republicans finessed the hell out of the dems..and they continue playing them.. and winning every damn negotiation. Literally.. ALL of them.
