My thoughts exactly. I pay 3200 for rent, that's not including utilities and internet. Maybe they live in the Midwest or south east?

LA, SD, NYC, SJ or SF? Where do you live for your rent to be that high? 1BR, 2BR, 5BR?
:mindblown:

I’m assuming that it’s one of the locations above, if you’re in the US.
:patrice:

Nevermind. I see that you’re in Seattle.

I’m debt free.

So you dont know the struggle. That's where we're getting at.

I don’t need any debt relief. Had 6 surgeries, paid it all off. needed braces that were 7k a few years ago. Paid it all off. Others have piles of medical debt they will never get out of.

Sounds like you'd like Medicare for all. Me too. So would millions upon millions of Americans.

Why does some fool who signed up for a 100k literature degree get to skate while millions of others have to either ruin their credit

This wouldn't clear them of all of the student loan debt. It would be up to 50k. (and only federal loans.. like Sally Mae)

If I need a next surgery, is it just waived off as part of a national debt relief program? If not, fukk student loan forgiveness.

Sounds like you'd like Medicare for all. Me too. So would millions upon millions of Americans.

not just the irresponsible who can’t pay back money they took

Are you in favor of the PPP program? If so, should the drowning businesses that your taxes are paying for have to pay these crazy 'loans' back?

$600 is a slap on the face to all Americans. It’s gotta be more than that

They doing it because they know the average american(not you or anybody here rightfully angry) is p*ssy.. They seen how p*ssy Americans are when we allowed that Arab CAC to gut Internet Neutrality and folks did nothing but cry on twitter. Not to mention they brainwashed everyone to where we're still playing politics and arguing and fighting with one another over which party is right meanwhile BOTH parties are going home to their families for the holidays.

People should surround that cotdamn building until they come out with a deal thats gonna benefit everyone.. Both parties.. Keep them locked in there until they reach a fair passible deal thats gonna help everyone

Another straw man. Businesses were forced to close. They need to be compensated for that. No ones forcing some person to take out 80k for a music degree.

Seattle, It's a condo though.

Yeah. I saw that. I edited my comment prior.
:ehh:

The Pacific Northwest, huh? That’s the only region that I haven’t been to in the continental US. Good for you. I bet it’s a nice spot, breh.
:myman:

For that price, it better be.

People upset about possible student loan forgiveness but don't have the same energy for these banks, airlines, and other major corporations that have constantly gotten bailouts. :mjpls:

I get where people are coming from and I do somewhat agree but overall loan forgiveness will do more good than harm, especially for black people. If you paid your loans off within the last 10-15 years you should get a huge tax cut or some form of rebate check. :yeshrug:
