Biden has to get in office here next week and the schumar takes over the senate and then they have to continue to cleaned up trump mess , so probably may or June IMO

Nahhh they are going to have to speed up the timeline for those direct payments especially considering how long it took it give citizens the $600 after the last stimulus bill got passed.
They still don't seem to have an idea or plan to solve the long term pressing issues like the rent moratorium and students loans. They insist on kicking the can down the road and patching up the problem for now instead of actually coming up with a solution in this current plan. A major problem that's going on right now before Biden extends the rent moratorium is that a lot of people are moving out of their rental properties out of fear of being evicted, so they are going to end up homeless anyways with an eviction on their credit.

It’s up to congress to passed any more money quickly and that might not happen right away
They have no other choice as the sense of urgency and obligation is there to make it happen ASAP.

That's because Congress waited until the last minute to pass the stimulus bill and distribute the remember. There were issues the first time around that took months to solve and now you have people who don't even have the same banking account and/or address anymore. And for the ones who have to claim during tax season, they might not get anything at all depending on how much they owe Uncle Sam. You could tell in advance that fukkery would be afoot as they gave no advance notice before dropping the checks.
As I was telling breh on here last night, the Democrats should have been specific and said $1400 dollars in their messaging so some people wouldn't be confused and feel cheated. I know Chuck said $600 was the down payment, but other people didn't. That's why some dudes on here and people on Twitter were confused by the $1400. Messaging and how you phrase what you say matters especially when it comes to politics and dealing with the average American.

The House financial committee just approved it, now it's going to the House for a final vote next.
I do think that they hustled people into believing that the money would be coming quickly if they won those two GA seats. It was always going to be tied to the next stimulus bill per the usual, but that they didn't stop them from trying to do it individually as a PR ploy for goodwill.
