Why the Secret World?
The Secret World has by the farm the impressive storylines ever in a game. This is the first and probably only MMO that ever had genuinely unique questing in it. I will explain.
- Story - blue icon, primary game narrative
- Action - red/brown icon, combat-focused
- Item - dark green icon, collection-focused
- Investigation - light green icon, factional history/challenging puzzles
- Sabotage - yellow icon, covert/evasion missions
- Group/Dungeon - purple icon, dungeons
- PvP - orange icon, PvP
There are 3 major chapters in the main storyline of the secret world.
The first is about an area in New England where the Wabanaki tribe lives. The land gets taken over by an undead infestation.
Without giving major spoilers, here are the things you will see.
- undead
- mayans (yes the ancient ones)
- vikings
- norse mythology
- mist references
- wabanaki legends
- time travel
- underground cults
- modern day mage school
Leveling and Combat
Furthermore, the secret world has some of the most unique leveling systems ever.
Weapons that you can specialize in include
- duel pistols
- shotguns
- rifles
- hammers
- claws
- katana
- chaos magic
- blood magic
- elemental magic
Combat in questing is not that hard though some missions are nuts.
In instances though is where the awesome hits the road.

Why should I care as a Black Guy?
One. The Templar leader is black, and gangsta as hell. Two, you can dress however you like. My guy looked like Gucci Man. 3, We all have mad geek in us and love the more hardcore storylines where people get fukked up unapologetically.
If I get 10 of you to play the Secret World, I will log back in an form a templar cabal called "The Coli" and we will role together. I have been long away from it, mostly because i dont got a crew.
