I don't know what the Spurs can do next year, yeah the series would've been competitive with Kawhi but honestly the starting lineup is not good, bench is great but they need better players starting to help Kawhi. They never have picks, they are stuck with Aldridge and Patty Mills and Simmons are likely going to get paid in the off-season.

If Simmons can improve his shot....Murray/Simmons/Leonard is a very bright future.
