Cops took down two “drug kingpins” who operated what authorities believe was the longest-running, most active heroin ring on Staten Island.

The dealers would deliver the drugs to buyers outside Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonalds restaurants across the borough, and even set up sales at the Staten Island Mall, prosecutors said.

Police and prosecutors on Wednesday announced they’d busted Louis Caraballo, 35, Joseph Brefo-Sarpong, 35, and nine others for their alleged roles in the drug-distribution operation.

Staten Island has been in the grip of a heroin abuse epidemic for several years, and cops likened the crew to a dispatch service.

“Their price was $50 a bundle. $20,000 per week,” said NYPD Inspector Dominick D’Orazio, the commanding officer of the Staten Island narcotics bureau.

“These are the kind of guys who made it so accessible. All you had to do is dial the dispatcher,” D’Orazio said. “You weren't dealing with the actual person who was selling the heroin.”

The dealers would make their sales in shopping centers and near train stations across Staten Island, said Staten Island District Attorney Michael McMahon.

They even did deals at the Macy’s and H&M in the Staten Island Mall in New Springville, prosecutors said.

“Today's major takedown will deal a devastating blow to the borough's drug trade and make Staten Island a safer place,” McMahon said.

Caraballo lives in Queens and Brefo-Sarpong in Manhattan.

Both are charged with operating as a major trafficker, under the state’s Drug Kingpin statute, because they sold and possessed more than $75,000 of heroin in less than six months, prosecutors said.

Eight of the nine remaining suspects live on Staten Island.

Police made several undercover buys, dating to October 2014. The investigation into the conspiracy came into sharper focus after a large June 2015 drug takedown resulted in 14 arrests, cops said.

Search warrants issued Wednesday netted police 948 packets of heroin, $28,000 in cash and two guns, prosecutors said.

Talk about bad vibrations.

Six suspects tied to a Staten Island heroin ring were arrested, authorities said Tuesday.

The five-month probe started in April and was called Operation Beach Boys in reference to the spot in and around South Beach where the defendants allegedly sold the drugs.

They were also busted in Arrochar, Dongan Hills, Grasmere and Stapleton, authorities said.

All the defendants were arraigned on Saturday and held without bail.

The bust was part of the Overdose Response Initiative launched in February in response to the borough’s high rate of opioid and prescription drug abuse.

“Stemming the flow of dangerous narcotics in our communities is the only way we will ever rid Staten Island of this drug scourge,” said Staten Island District Attorney Michael McMahon. Just last week, cops busted the most active drug ring in the borough.
