Forest Whitaker took that shyt to another level, dude played the fukk outta that role. And yeah it was cac driven, but its a cop show, it would have been corny if they was all cool with regular Black folks. They was some dirty white cops, and that one dude was straight up racist. I liked that they did that because really, real life dirty white cops be some racist muthafukkas

I liked that they did that too but its a tv show.There needed to be some moral message or balance to counter certain depictions.That tavon stuff was needless and they all got away with it.Vic basically got away with everything he ever did (losing his family aint really punishment enough) That ending had CAC's fist pumping cuz he was let off easy.Clowns were trying to tell me it was the worst ending for vic even worse than death cause he was an adrenaline junkie that had been reduced to pen pushing

I remember this one episode where shane str8 up urinated on a black It started going down the "cops" formula where every epi a black was getting roughed up and put in jail.I am like aint there more latinos and whites in LA Like I said it had its moments but the show was a cac with a complex's wet dream

i see what you mean, cacs prolly would have been cheering that shyt. shane was the one is was thinking of that was straight up racist. as far as the ratio of people they arrested, they operated in a predominantly Black neighbourhood though, and they still had drama with the latinos from time to time. but i get what you are saying.

i dont think the ending was the worst thing that could have happened but it wasn't ideal for Vic neither. The desk job would lead a dude like that into depression. it was like a personal hell for him, not as bad as death or prison, but not really a win either. and the rest of the squad got their come uppance in the end.

but yeah i see what you mean how cacs would have loved that shyt, and that there really wasn't much moral balancing, but for me watching it i enjoyed it cause i guess i knew in the end it was gonna come falling down on em, it was only a matter of when. i mean for the last couple of seasons it was more Vic was just trying to play it any way he could to get out of the situation they had created and it was just going from bad to worse. but thats why i enjoyed it, and like i said, i definitely do see your point too.

Vic got let off easy but his strike team got annihalated. Lemansky got betrayed and blown up by a grenade, Shane Chris Benoite'd his family, and Ronnie who was left in the dark from the Strike Teams worst crimes gets the full weight and punishment after his own leader, Vic sell him out.

Mean while Vic got sold out by his wife out of fear of him and took the fam away, he can never have friends, his coworkers know he's a cop killer (and you know how much cac cops hate cop killers) and they guarantee to try their best to fukk over his immunity deal under the three years he's employed with them, and he's forced to be a pencil pusher. He takes out his gun and goes out get involved but I'd like to think eventually his deal fell apart, and he gets thrown in prison or he kills himself down the line, or dem cops Serpico'd his ass

If anyone was cheering for Vic's at his ending then not only are they stupid as fukk but they missed the memo by several hundred fukking miles since Vic Mackey's victory was of the pyrrhic type.

I really wanted him to use his martial arts on someone (when he was doing moves shadow boxing with a pen) but they never got him to do it.

I've been trying to get into breaking bad but the first 2 episodes were only ok to me

What are the odds that corrupt cops dont win? This was realistic as fukk. From now till he dies they're in his ass b. They build up the strike team to break them down. Greatest series ever. No HBO show is even coming CLOSE to this. They always ruin their final seasons.
