One time a lady was leaving her shopping cart without returning it. I was the only one who noticed her but aint really care but when she noticed me she was like "youre fine with this right?" the audacity actually made both of us laugh

Not to mention sometimes people leave carts in parking spaces. Now that is the type of person who wipes with their hand!!

I always return the carts back to where it's supposed to be. It annoys the fukk out of me when I see people just leave the carts in the middle of the parking lot. It makes the community look sh1tty, it's lazy, and you can damage someone else's vehicle.
