Been a Simpsons fan since the first season when I was 6 years old and most of the jokes went over my head but I was just happy to see a cartoon in prime time. And like most they lost me as a fan after that horrible run from seasons 12-14. I stopped watching every Sunday. Because of the Simpsons though I was of the 37 people to actually watch Arrested Development from the first episode lol. But now I will watch repeats of the later Simpsons episodes, while some episodes are downright horrible they do occasionally come with a good episode and outside of the horrible ones they're still entertaining.

from like seasons 1-9, its the shyt, but from like 2000 - current it's awful,same thing happened to family guy, 1st couple seasons were real good, then when it got resurrected it fell way the hell off because mcfarlame started feeling himself

I can't even watch family guy anymore, its gotten too stupid. Simpsons still somehow sensible. A lot of good episodes still being made.
