The only reason people are upset with the ending is because they wanted to see Tony get popped.

I did. Everyone else who got killed died on screen. I think I remember Chase saying why would the audience want to see him killed maybe because he was a sociopathic a$$hole who deserved to die as much as anyone else on the show.

tony is a crime boss, a sociopath nut job with severe anger issues and violent tendencies. you can't always count on a guy like that to make the rational, moral decision each and every time.

if you say the wrong thing or just rub him the wrong way in that moment who knows what he's capable of. with the exception of his wife and kids all bets were off.

The ending was just perfect fine to me. But when the first time I thought my friend turn it off or change the channel by accident and I was like or my cable went off,e tc.....until the credit roll......had me and the more I read about it and the more I watched it and I love it, I thought the ending was so brillaint.

for the first time was just caught me by suprising.

Bobby and Tony at the boat scene said it all discussion about the death is said it all.

I agree that no shows have really touched them in terms of writing or characterization. Mad Men probably comes the closest.

Ending wise...I liked the finale. Seemed to me like Tony died and never saw it coming, just as Bobby said earlier in the season. You don't see it coming, one minute you're here one minute you're not.

GOAT psychiatrist Carm really throughout the show was super bitter and petty, just because she constantly choose to be with Tony and take all the shyt he gave her. This was the clearest moment of her delusion. In an early episode she was desperately trying to stop Angie leaving p*ssy just because she didn't have the guts to do it with Tony. Later on she was jealous as fukk when Angie went into business for herself. Trying to get Tony to lean on the building inspector for her house, telling the teacher to ''watch his back'' when he dumped her, getting pissed at Meadow living on her own and getting an education, I could go on and on. Tony was an a$$hole but she had chances to get out and was told what it would take and she passed it up again and again.
