Hopping back to S1 after finishing the final season and it’s like two different shows. Not a complaint at all. As great as it was, I will say I’m glad to be done with S6. I miss the fun vibes of the show early on. Even the most fukked up situations during these early seasons were romanticized in a way. S6 and shyt, even S4 exposed a lot of the darkness for what it really was. Glad to be back.....I miss them laughs. Sunshine in front of Satriales, Uncle June standing on his feet, and the OG crew at the cookouts.:obama:

facts...

mom hoping the prequel movie is solid enough that HBO green lights a prequel series
Every time I watch the series, I always feel like we could of gotten some great spinoffs.

Paulie and Chrissy for sure. Their chemistry was amazing.

Bobby and Uncle Junior, another amazing duo. “Juniorrrr, don’t leave me”

But for real, we definitely should of gotten a spin off for NY. I wanted to see more of Carmine, John, butch, albie and later phil.

HBO probably had to tread carefully when covering NY :sas2:

Much more leeway when covering a glorified crew over in Jersey :sas1:

S1 and S6 are like day and night. The whole color palette is different. S1 and the earlier seasons are much brighter and more vibrant and S4/5 and especially 6 are super dark both in color and theme. S6 is always tough for me to get thru

Yo, the guest interview on Talking Sopranos this week Will Janowitz aka Finn is hilarious. He was talking about finding out about the plot surrounding him discovering Vito is gay and how it got him excited and he was game for anything. He was like, "If they wanted to kill me in some like violent rape scene I was game!"
Steve was like, "Woah, woah take it easy over there Will!" :mjlol:
