No need to be extra. Butter, salt, pepper and eggs. I love eggs. I want to taste egg. Plus I don't like soft or runny eggsMinus the cream for me, but same. Butter and 5/6 eggs thoughI love my eggs post workout. Stirring while it cooks is Way better than beating the eggs beforehand and then cooking.

Lol heavy cream, not sour. But you said you don’t like soft or runny eggs. I get it. I on the other hand can’t stand eggs that are cooked too hard, and like sunny, over medium and poached (really good in ramen, the good kind not the packs) and very, very lightly scrambled.No need to be extra. I said sour cream bc he used creme fraiche and that's basically what he used in the video. It's just something about soft scrambled eggs I can't get with. Boiled I can do soft but not runny. Same with poached medium is as far as I go. I don't knock it tho. Different strokes for different folks. I assumed that show was more European cooking looking at the rest of what he cooked. Only thing missing was blood pudding and sausage I think.
