It depends on where you are. If you're in a cosmopolitan area like Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Charlotte then that likely would not be your sentiment. If you're in the backwoods area then what do you expect given the history, and generational cultures that shunned higher education? The same is true for whites. All of that depends on where in the south you are true, but overall it ain't better than places in Canada.
