Kawhi + Manu bricking FT's and an offensive rebound by Bosh led to that Ray Allen shot so there's much more to it than that. Plus they had a chance to win it even then but Pakrer dribbled into traffic and couldn't get a good look off. Game went into OT and they got beat straight up

THEN there was a game 7 and Duncan misses a chip shot guarded by Shane Battier and Lebron puts them in a coffin with a jumpshot. There's no coulda woulda there the Heat just outperformed them

No idea how anyone could be 100% confident on the Spurs winning it this past year based on a GW by a one legged Paul when it was Danny Green shooting 30% from three, Parker playing horrible, Manu playing horrible, Kawhi shooting 29% in the final three games and Splitter a shell of himself with injury serving as the key reason the Clips were even in that series to begin with.

Spurs didn't play up to their usual level with injuries and stuff, but they usually reserve that for WCF and Finals. What happened was they also ran into a historic performance from Blake Griffin. In the first round, he was the best player in the playoffs. But yeah, the Spurs got beat straight up this post season.

I almost want to give the Spurs that title in 2013, lol. You were less than 30 seconds away, up FIVE, GOTDAYUM!!!!

LWO woulda commit dat: Duncan gets his sixth AND it's a back-to-back (with the 2014 'ship)
Lwo woulda probably said some shyt like if you don't win back to back to back your championships don't mean shyt. :mjlol:

this is 100% accurate
once Lebron won his first title it was "well he's one and done and it was during a 66 game season" :lolbron:

when he wins his second title that same laker stan poster told me "well i'll respect him if he wins 3 in a row" :mjlol:

Manu doesnt foul Dirk in 06......

You wanna talk about could woulda's that is the year. Never seen a defending champ get less benefit of the doubt and straight up disrespected like that. We've seen fouls that were comparable or even worse than Manu go uncalled when it was the right team. shyt Tim got fouled on the play after that. Dirk was getting bullshyt calls throughout the series. He was literally falling backwards into nikkas and going to the FT line :mjlol:.

I hate revisionist history :rudy:

every champion gets a lucky break. you can go back throug hthe last 10 nba championship and point to some fluke, lucky break, or injury on the other team that pushed them over the top.

If it happened, it happened. The margin for error is that small.

If Kawhi was really this best two-way player in the league/MVP candidate/on par with LeBron player that a lot of clowns were calling him after the 2014 Finals, the Spurs would have beaten the Clippers this past postseason.

Blake doesn't play like that if Splitter were healthy though. That injury changed alot for the Spurs defensively

yep, lost a shytload of respect for JT the brick (fox sports radio) because he was trolling like a motherfukker saying "Kawhi is now THE best player in the nba" the entire 2014 summer :mjlol:

OKC beats the Spurs if they're healthy.
