If you're in the street and care more about POWER than money, you're already figuring out how to turn that drug money into stocks, bonds, and other legal assets that generate wealth.

You're on that mob shyt where you have grocery stores, barber shops, banks, apartment complexes etc. Certain buildings that everyone knows not to fukk with because there will be consequences.

Then you get to a point where your power and influence exceeds your neighborhood. Now you're showing up to fundraisers and ribbon cuttings. Now you've had lunch with the district attorney and you've made a campaign contribution for their re election campaign. Now you're hanging around the mayor and you've dropped a few stacks for his election.

Eventually you're known as a 'local philanthropist' you're also considered a 'financier and patron of the arts' because you've helped put local athletes and musicians on and given a business loan to someone opening up a shop.

Eventually you're now in Washington. The Kennedys started out as bootleggers and white washed(don't ask me how) that history to become American royalty and spread their political will at the highest corridors of power. The street vs square dynamic is a A HUGE CONCERN ONLINE AND in the culture in general we can debate the legitimacy of the concern.

Also the concern about this dichotomy intersects with dating and mating choices and competition in the population. Dating and mating is a huge and important part of life and society.
