I'm not for for people getting out of paying child support, but this check is supposed to stimulate the economy and everyone gets it. If your "check" is being used to pay off a debt, not by your choosing, how does that stimulate the economy? How is the custodial parent at a loss if she/he is getting a check too?

I’m in NJ and UI is 60%....

If you were making 1k a week during the base years for calculation you’ll bank 200 more weekly than you did when you were working.

You dont have to be a dead beat to owe back child support. If shyt go sour with your bm she can take a you to court whenever and they are going to back date support to when the child is born.

I personally seen nikkas who went from taking care of their kids and seeing them everday to being 30k in the whole.

I cant speak for other states. Here in my state they can only go back 3 months before a court orders child support.....maybe there is a state where a mother can go back years but I wont believe it without a receipt....most people who are insanely behind child support are deadbeats and broke dikks
