College they always counted multiple seasons. Even in football with Oklahoma's 40 plus regular season wining streak. The thing is in the pros they never did that shyt that is some new shyt the media started to do.

When the pats won the last 3 games of the 2006 season they did count those wins for the undefeated 2007 regular season. When the Miami dolphins went undefeated they didn't combine that win streak with the win streak the following year.

shyt was never done that way with pro basket ball or football. That is some new shyt driven by the internet and 24 your news cycles. They manufacture stats all the time. ESPN is the worst at that shyt.

Miami didn't get the record the season after they went undefeated because they lost the 2nd game of the year that next season. Look at MLB hitting streak records, there are numerous instances where they count hitting streaks that take place over multiple seasons.

You're a complete dumbass if you think winning 4 games, going to the playoffs, losing some games, starting a new season winning 24 games in a row is the same as losing 26 games consecutively or winning 88 games consecutively over multiple one and done playoff format tournaments are the same thing. Majority of the games I've seen the Warriors have been outshot at the ft line. Bu bu but the Warriors are jump shooting team Plenty of times I've seen them attack the rim, get hammered and no call.

There are facts, and then there is what you want to believe. You have the internet, you can look up all the regular season records that include playoff losses (Colts). You can look up all the other streaks from multiple sports that encompass numerous seasons. Do some research for yourself and see that you are wrong.
