I suggest googling "acestream" either for your phone/tablet or computer. The quality of the streams are always top notch (720p+, 60fps).

A mini guide for those who don't know.

Do what's quoted and get acestream for your respective device.

Open ace stream, if on mobile look to the top right corner with the 3 dots. Enter ID (for instance my stream ID looks like this - 1a0616c70e60077416949f4399f81dda1f03ccfc)
If on pc, use vlc (just make sure it's downloaded) , goto media and enter the ID there.

Enjoy a crisp stream. I'm on a xfinity Hotspot and still am getting a damn near flawless stream.
