LMA was a solid drop back P&R defender and vertical rim protector in his best years in Portland he had a lot of length (7’5 wingspan).

Sheed wasn’t the anchor he was their best post defender though.

I think Sheed was their anchor too. He was just as good a defender as Ben Wallace. However, they had top level on the ball defenders at 4 out of 5 positions, so they all had their elite moments.
