PJ getting a multi year at the MLE ($8.4 mil) at age 37 would be incredible and might end up being a horrible contract

Just look at the Knicks right now
People were all like 'oh but Kemba and Nerlens aren't really making that much, those contracts aren't that bad'
Then literally one year later the Knicks have to give up other assets and give away millions just to get out from under those contracts cause they were shyt

PJ is not someone that should be getting more than a one year deal but there will be a team dumb enough to give more

The irony in all of it is that people gave Milwaukee shyt for letting PJ walk and not meeting his asking price based on his age, yet Miami is now essentially doing the exact same thing.
