Truly the worst timeline for all involved:

• 1 playoff win
• No postseason appearances with Harden, KD and Kyrie
• KD only played 90 games with the Nets
• Next 5 firsts belong to Houston, all unprotected
• Kyrie's reputation sinks even lower and no one wants him. Only one realistic trade partner: the Lakers, and the most realistic return is a past his prime Russell Westbrook.
• The only star on the Nets is Ben Simmons, who nobody likes. He is also probably the only starter level player on this squad.

The future has never looked bleaker in Brooklyn, unless they land a ridiculous haul for KD.
