I agree. Nets want a "historic haul" for Durant they are not going to get because the teams Durant wants can't give it to them. Gobert deal might have messed up the deal because it set a standard the nets can't match, unless they send Durant to golden state. And even their package wouldn't be "historic "

If I'm the nets I use kyrie to fetch a big and another scorer and run it back with Durant.

The teams that can give it to them dont want too...They arent gonna get a historic haul for a guy whos 34 on the downside...

O’Neale/Warren/Thomas

If they can pull Myles Turner, they’ll be solid. Only thing they need is everyone to stay healthy. Kyrie, Curry, Simmons, Harris, KD, Clax are all injury prone or prone to sitting out for mental health or for vacations. Warren ain’t played since 2019

literally the only potential situation that would be better is golden state. the nets biggest issue from a roster standpoint last year was size and depth on the wings. kd was literally their only non big over 6'4 in last years playoffs. 3 of them basically didnt play last year, but if healthy you now have 4 more such players.
