No one is talking much about it but philly has done a major overhaul on the supporting cast...

PJ tucker, daniel house, melton, trezz.... huge upgrades over last year. They should be top then in 3pt shooting this year. They still could use a legit backup center that provides rim protection but other that the team is pretty damn stacked.

Maxey/Harden/Tobias/Tucker/Embiid is a top tier starting 5... but only if Harden is actually on that 2020 CP3 bounce-back plan from the similar hamstring injury. House Jr, Thybulle, Milton, Niang, Harrell... are all noticeably one dimensional/flawed. But in theory they can go short spurts of "Harden-ball" with some of those guys and Harrell in the Capella role to buy Embiid more minutes in the regular season.

Given that Harrell is an undersized malcontent with glaring defensive shortcomings... not surprising no team is trying to pay him anything. But 10-15 minutes a night where he's basically the 4th most important front line player.. it's not a bad acquisition.

thybulle and milton probably will not be playing. they got melton from the grizz. they really dont need any of the guys from last year in the rotation especially in the playoffs. they got much more athletic and better shooting with the new guys. Im expecting an insanely efficient offense from them.
