The system isn't failing black children, the system is doing exactly what it was designed to do. The only people who've failed black children are their parents and/or their community. What sort of slave or a$$hole puts their kids into a game intentionally designed to destroy them before they even get a chance? But someone will come around and call it "hotep" and black people will keep it moving. If they had any sense at all why the hell aren't there more black charter schools? A lot of people do shyt and get mad when the system act accordingly...I got a homeboy who smoke weed and he complain about the police doing random searches n shyt like in New York...I'm like why not just smoke at home?
