didn't get to see the game but I heard the refs let Indiana back into it and then temple choked in the final minutes.
Refs did more than let indiana back into it. They gave them the damn game. So many bad calls, it was ridiculous. Temple breathed, they got called for a foul. Indiana would hack a layup, and the refs would swallow their whistles.

Unless you were an IU/Big Ten fan, you could pretty clearly see that there was a disgusting bias at play.
It was the definition of an 8 on 5 game.

One obvious ass instance: Sheehey tried to bring up the ball in a drive, lost control and tossed it up over the backboard, and the refs gave IU the ball back. No Temple player was even close to touching it. Just one of many, many examples of the absolutely disgusting officiating that game.

Indiana only got called for 8 fouls the entire game. Temple got called for 18.
Indiana shot 20 free throws, Temple only shot 8.

Temple choking was more of a product of being down when they shouldn't have been. They had 3 starters that went 0-21, but only lost by 6. That says a LOT.

fukk man. that's some bullshyt. I don't understand why certain teams get a lot of calls in their favor, I don't know if it's my blue tinted glasses but I've never noticed us or UofL getting calls like that on a consistent basis, but I remember the terrible officiating from last year's game @ IU. fukking scust. Team that I want to lose the most is Indiana.

It's because we don't. Big Ten been getting them funny calls this whole tourney. Musta been the highest bidder.

Zeller couldn't do jack without the refs bailing him out...he looked soft as hell.

I'll be straight up, too...I was more mad about seeing Temple get robbed than any funny business in games my Cards have played in.

It was, simply put, a travesty. I hope IU gets ran off the court next game.
