Yes. This is imo the main selling point of a democracy. Carlisle said that the best form of government was to find the absolute most moral man in a nation and give him complete power. But the problem is how do you find such a man, and also, what about when he leaves office? There will be a power vacuum just as when Alexander died and his empire was divided up through bloodshed or how Muhammad's followers did the same eventually. A democratic republic at least will keep a steady level of government for people, even if it sucks.
I have noticed the blacks being most acceptable race thing firsthand. My family has had a few folks date white people and marry a couple of them and have kids with them too. The white women come to family functions and the like and are accepted just like anyone else. But ask a lot of these white girls why they can't date you, and it's 'i like you but my family wouldn't approve.' It's stupid.

Though I am happily married, I look at my wife's family and friends as simply temporary. I know they are taking me "in" and "love" me and all, but I lowkey feel it is not genuine. For the most part, they are cool people and them being not genuine may not be valid . I just feel that if my wife and I divorce, separate, etc, then they gonna throw me in the bushes so, therefore, I kinda don't feel the need to really get that close to them.
