the world discovered Tiger's kryptonite: the lack of numerous white bytches
Why would Jack Nicklaus have an asterisk by his 18 majors![]()
I think its more about the record than anything. I don't think there was even a question, Tiger was breaking that record. And then everything went to hell and that record will now likely go untouched.okay why would tiger failing health mean an asterick by Jack Nicklaus major wins?
Tiger falling apart mentally and physically doesnt diminish Nicklaus' record in ANY wayI think its more about the record than anything. I don't think there was even a question, Tiger was breaking that record. And then everything went to hell and that record will now likely go untouched.

It doesn't diminish the fact that he was able to win 18 majors, BUT he will always own that record because Tiger broke down.Tiger falling apart mentally and physically doesnt diminish Nicklaus' record in ANY way
he won the Masters at age 46
he shot a 30 on the back nine to win by 1 stroke...![]()
I dont think thats an asterisk, its not like Tiger had a career ending injury that took him out of the gameIt doesn't diminish the fact that he was able to win 18 majors, BUT he will always own that record because Tiger broke down.
Is he though?I dont think thats an asterisk, its not like Tiger had a career ending injury that took him out of the game
He still out there competing
Didnt we win PGA player of the year in 2013?Is he though?
He might have idk I don't follow golf like that honestly. If he did I guess I'm talking outta my ass a little bit, but he's not the same golfer he was....the guy who was on track to break that record.Didnt we win PGA player of the year in 2013?

*After the Chicago Bulls's first 3-peat, His Airness escaped an impending suspension for gambling by retiring. The pretext involved Jordan's field of dreams foray in minor league baseball. Had this not happened MJ would have led the Chicago Bulls to a 4th and 5th championship during the 93-94 and 94-95 seasons and the Dream would have joined the likes of Malone and Barkley as ringless greats.
that shid outta there, Jordan would have lost one of those Finals and I venture to say they would have lost BOTH
) but deep down you know it's true.
Lot of talent on this team, no question about that. Special, special run they had... Klay's 37-point 3rd quarter where he was a perfect 13-13 from the field including an NBA-record 9 3-pointers in a single quarter. Fatass Draymond almost nabbing DPOY honors. Steph earning MVP. Iggy humbling himself to come off the bench after starting his whole career and then being inserted in the starting lineup when the Warriors were down 1-2 to lead GSW to three straight victories, which resulted in getting Oakland its first chip since 1975. Sure, the headlines should be about the Beige Bros leading GSW to a 67-win season, the Warriors ending a 40-year championship drought, these nikkas loving them some Jesus, Iggy holding his own against King James on the grandest basketball stage, LBJ losing yet another NBA Finals series, or Tim Duncan congratulating first-year head coach on making this shyt look too easy. But I get the nagging feeling this shouldn't have happened. At all. This probably would've played out differently in almost all scenarios I an fathom. Had KD been healthy and OKC nabbed that 8th seed it is entirely plausible that the Warriors would have joined the ranks of the 94 Sonics and more recently the 07 Mavs as number one seeds falling in the first round of the playoffs. At the very least, Steph should have had to match up against at least one starting PG but he didn't because Jrue (Pelicans), Conley (Grizz), Beverly (Rockets), and Kyrie (Cavs) were all hurt during some portion or all of their series matchup against the reigning MVP. Makes you wonder what difference that could've made given Delly the musty Aussie giving Steph all he could handle for the first few games of the Finals. Ultimately, the Cavs couldn't overcome injuries to three day one starters (Vareajo, Love, and Kyrie) and LBJ was too gassed to muster up any performance that would give the Cavs a chance to pull off a miracle and prevail. However, even with a depleted roster (for goodness sakes, brehs, they had to put Mike Miller's fukking corpse out there because they were so short-handed) the Cavs won 2 games, took another to OT in Cali, and were in two others until the 4th. Would GSW have won even if the Cavs were at full strength and every team in the NBA were healthy? Maybe.
I just can't imagine things going down in exactly the same fashion, though. Nuff respect to GSW because they're a great team but apart of me will always remember this as the season of the injury.
I'm sure you all feel the same.
If Len Bias never tried Coke Micheal Jordan probably would never had seen a championship. Is this the road you want to go down breh?#Asterisk #2015NBAChampGSWarriors
Some of y'all ain't gonna like this (@Blackthoughts) but deep down you know it's true.
