I'll give a little background. Bobby Lee came up under Carlos Mencia (he used to take Bobby out on the road with him to do gigs when Bobby was a nobody). Carlos even bought Bobby a car when he was just an open mic-er - he was generally a good friend to Bobby. The shyt came out where Carlos (nikka real name is Ned btw ) was stealing from other comics and everybody in the comedy world knew about it. Carlos then got his cousins to essentially threaten Bobby into sittin down and tellin the world that Carlos never steals.
