This video and the silk pajama scene in the Creep video had me ...was always hoping their shirts would blow totally off no matter how many times I watched it.

I definitely remember '95 because of the good music and I got robbed for my train/bus pass when I was in junior high. Brooklyn was Goonville back then, but we loved how BIG represented for us.
